Lisbon 2011
The Global Alliance for PR and Communication Management held its 9th Annual General Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal on May 23rd. The event has been hosted by the Portuguese Association of Corporate Communication (APCE) in occasion of the 2011 APCE & Global Alliance International Forum.
A new Board of Directors was elected and included leading practitioners, academics and industry association leaders, with representation from every continent. New initiatives and projects have been foreseen for the year 2011 and forward. The enthusiasm and proactivity manifested by the GA Members during the meeting will allow the GA to further progress in support of the profession.

The 2011 APCE & Global Alliance International Forum on crisis and change in communication, took placeon Tuesday May 24th at the Lusitania Auditorium in central Lisbon. The event included speakers from various Global Alliance member countries.
The Global Alliance is working hard to move its mission forward. This was a great opportunity for the GA to meet delegates from around the world and to progress with its initiatives and programs for the future.
